A palm-sized bridge that gets your music onto any standalone CDJ or Engine DJ player — in its native rekordbox/Engine format. Skip the $2,000+ new player. Keep your gear, add the bridge.
Founding DJ pricing — the first 100 reserve at $299 (retail $349) with locked-in rates. Limited first run.
Reserve my spotMillions of club-standard players read music only from USB. Your entire streaming crate — the tracks you actually pay for — never makes it onto the decks without dragging a laptop into the booth.
To play streamed tracks you tether a laptop or phone, juggle adapters, and pray the Wi-Fi in the booth holds. Most DJs just give up and pre-download to USB by hand.
The bridge caches your licensed tracks to a USB drive in the player's own library format — beatgrid, key and BPM baked in. Plug the stick into any CDJ and it's all just there.
Connect the DJ-licensed services you already subscribe to — Beatport, TIDAL, SoundCloud Go+ — plus your own files.
Queue tracks in the app. LinkCache pulls them over Wi-Fi and writes a native rekordbox or Engine DJ library to your drive, encrypted and subscription-bound.
Eject, move the stick to your player, and browse your streamed crate natively — no laptop, no account login at the booth.
This is the real interface — browse, queue, sync to USB, manage your cached library and switch between gear. Pick your player and take it for a spin.
LINKCACHE
CDJ-2000NXS2 · rekordbox
Cached audio stays in each service's encrypted, subscription-bound format. Nothing is stored decrypted; tracks deauthorize if a subscription lapses.
Writes true rekordbox and Engine DJ libraries — beatgrid, cue points, key and BPM — so players read your crate with zero fuss.
A CNC gunmetal shell, 92 × 62 × 18 mm, with a laser-etched mark and a single illuminated sync button. Built to live in a booth.
Pulls full crates fast over dual-band Wi-Fi 6, then works entirely offline once the library is on the stick.
Host port for your drive, USB-C for the player link and 5V power. One device, the whole signal chain.
The whole point: leave the computer at home. Your streaming library shows up on the gear you already trust.
Streaming-ready players cost thousands — and most DJs already own perfectly good gear. LinkCache adds the same "stream straight to the decks" capability to the equipment in your bag, for a fraction of the price of replacing it.
Replace gear that already works just to get built-in streaming.
One small device gives your current players the same capability — early-access pricing for waitlist members.
Buy the hardware once — it organizes the music you already own onto player-ready USBs forever, no subscription. Add a LinkCache subscription when you want the streaming bridge for Beatport, TIDAL and SoundCloud.

How the music works — *Streaming tiers bridge your own Beatport, TIDAL or SoundCloud Go+ subscription to your decks; those services are billed separately by the provider. LinkCache streaming requires signed provider agreements (in progress) and runs live within their terms. Own-files mode needs no subscription and works today. Pricing is a target for launch and may change.
The same hardware ships in eight firmware editions across the two major player ecosystems — pick the one that matches your setup.
No — that's the whole point. LinkCache caches your tracks to a USB stick in your player's native format. You move the stick to your CDJ or Engine DJ player and browse your library directly. No laptop, no phone tethered to the gear.
If your player reads a USB drive, it's the target. There are eight firmware editions across the two major ecosystems — rekordbox (Pioneer / AlphaTheta: CDJ-2000NXS2, XDJ-1000, XDJ-RX3, OPUS-QUAD, and CDJs in a DJM-V10 booth) and Engine DJ (Denon / Numark: SC6000, Prime 4, Mixstream Pro). Pick the edition that matches your setup.
The DJ-licensed services: Beatport / Beatsource, TIDAL, and SoundCloud Go+, plus your own audio files. Spotify is not supported on any edition — there is no compliant way to cache Spotify for DJ use, so we don't claim one.
Final pricing isn't locked yet, but it's designed to be a small fraction of buying a new streaming-ready controller — those run $1,500–2,500+. Join the waitlist for early-access pricing the moment it's set.
LinkCache is built around the same licensed, encrypted caching model that streaming services already permit for DJ hardware. Cached audio stays encrypted and bound to your active subscription, and deauthorizes if your subscription lapses. The shipping product depends on finalizing those streaming licenses — which is exactly the work underway.
